Option to diable the Editor in Forms

I have problems to edit my forms. But i use Editor (Tiny or JCE) and cant save the code i put in.
Toggle Editor works, but when i show and toggle again the code is an other.
Options to change is an option, but my user should have any options. I can use the code Editor from Joomla, but then my user dont have a good editor.
I like to have in the Forms an option for choose Editor or only textfield (for code).
