Ability for Frontend Submission View to associate and display data from multiple forms

Submission View and Managed Directories currently only list submissions for one form. It would be great if these views had the ability to add submission data from multiple forms into a single view.

For example I a form that a user submits a request that gets sent to 3 different people who have to approve/deny/leave comments in a second form. I'd like to associate the second forms submitted responses with the original user request submissions. So the submission view would have one column with the detail layout for the first forms submission, and the adjacent columns would have to approval/disapproval status from the second form associated with it.
