Feature Request - Disable inclusion of front.css

A site should be able to disable the inclusion of front.css, this file may be useful for some but it gets in the way of custom styling.
Please don't tell me to use more CSS to override all those styles, I'm quite aware of that option and thoroughly understand specificity and the cascade.
At present the choices are to ether edit front.css to remove the styles, edit helpers/rsform.php to not include it, or use another forms package.
front.css can be overridden through the template as explained here:
