unusubscribe from email categories not lists

Hi all,

I have some list names that do not look good when the user goes to unsubscribe. It might be a list name for a market segment and I hardly want the users to unsbscribe from it - let alone see the segment they are in.

Also the lists aren't what i want them to unsubscribe from but the emails are.

Why not have email categories!

The lists are added to categories in my case it might be
- weekly email
- monthly newsletter
- administration

and my emails would be categorised into those options and when I send an email out they get the email depending on whether they want that category of email.
