As in this Forum, when you Hover over a Topic Subjekt link, it Shows the Message body text.. Should be great!!!!!
I think that your suggestion would be fine as long as it will display a summary (truncated perhaps) of the last reply. Displaying the whole ticket thread won't be feasible. What do you think ?
