Support for Joomla Updater

I do user several RSJoomla products and like them very much. The only drawback is the time I need to upgrade the extensions. - I would appreciate to use the Joomla Updater in the future. This would simplify the update process (i.e. by webservice like https://watchful.li)

All of our extensions can now be updated via the Joomla! Updater.
