Improvment of E-Mail deliverability & handling

A big problem in RSTickets is the generel control of E-Mail deliverability. There is a lot of Mails who never arrive in the inbox of the ticket submitter.

suggestions to do that would be

-bounce handling
-log if deliverd or not
-sending out the emails via a mailserver

it would also be possible to just have a plugin that the mails are sent out ture ACY Mailing which has all that stuff in place.
