Auto closing & notify

When I need to notify the user that the ticket will be closed, there's a triangle icon which makes it very convenient, however, I have to click on every ticket to see my last reply in order to validate what was requested and if the notify is appropriate. Is it possible to just make a "Hint Window" with my last reply, when I hover over the subject, or Notify triangle?
