Invoicing

All extensions with payments involved like RS membership, RS evenrs etc. should automaticly generate and send an invoice when an order is payed, based on the client+order paramaters.
Existing members should be able to login and look into there buying history, renew and download there invoices.
These are must haves for business clients, and whisfull for non-business clients.
