Credit Card

please add an option to automatically create 4 boxes for credit cards and have the cursor move from one box to the next after adding 4 numbers. That way you can add to the user's email, xxx-xxx-xxx-1234 to show the last 4 numbers on the credit card used, which is pretty standard, and I have to do manually every time I set up a form that uses a credit card number.
