Categories

The Categories view provides a listing of your current configured feedback categories. As listing information, the following is displayed: Category, Number Of Feedbacks, Allow Anonymous Voting, Allow Anonymous Feedbacks, Feedback Captcha, Published and Order.

The category feature provides a mean to group your feedbacks. Clicking on the New button will reveal the configuration screen presented on the right.

For each category you can set the following:

• Published: yes/no
• Allow Anonymous Feedbacks: use global/yes/no. Upon using the global the setting from the Settings area will be taken into consideration.
• Allow Anonymous Voting: use global/yes/no.
• Max votes per feedback: how many points can be used when casting a vote.
• Category title
• Category description
