RSTickets!Pro - Smart Search Plugin

The plugin can be downloaded by logging into our website using the account that holds the subscription and heading to Downloads >> My Downloads area.

The RSTickets!Pro Smart Search plugin will enable you to index the Knowledgebase articles. All you need to do is install the plugin, enable it and run the Joomla! Smart Search Indexer.

To install the plugin just download it from the Downloads >> My Downloads area (valid RSTickets!Pro license), go to Extensions >> Extension Manager, browse the file and click "Upload & Install".

This plugin only offers one configuration parameter:

  • Custom Itemid. Setting this up will enable SEF links on the RSTickets!Pro search results (can be a fictional menu item).
