The SEO perfomance area allows you to grab a general view of your site among others. Here you can simply add your competitors and a quick scan will be launched in order to gather up useful information, such as:

  • History - The history of that competitor and its evolution
  • Competitor - Website used for comparison.
  • Domain age - If available, the competitor domain's age will be displayed (in years and days)
  • Page Rank - Sites' positions in Google search results are determined based on a number of factors designed to provide end-users with helpful, accurate search results. In general, webmasters can improve the rank of their sites by increasing the number of high-quality sites that link to their pages.
  • Google pages - Number of indexed pages by Google search engine
  • Google Backlinks - Number of other sites that link back to you tracked by Google. But not all are taken into consideration or displayed
  • Google Similar Pages - displays the number of pages, found by Google, that are similar to the competitor's in terms of functionality
  • Bing pages - Number of indexed pages by Bing search engine
  • Bing Backlinks - Number of other sites that link back to you tracked by Bing.
  • Alexa Rank - usually takes values from 1 to 1 billion or even more, depending on the number of existing sites. The main goal is to have a high rank, generaly between 1 and 100.000 is considered a good rank.
Note: The backlink count will differ depending on several factors like: search engine privacy policy, logged in to Google webmaster tools and specific search-engine restrictions.
