How to use RSMail! message history

RSMail!'s History menu item displays a listing of all messages that have been sent to the logged-in user. The listing features the sent message's name and the date it was sent on. Clicking on a message in the listing will redirect you to the message's individual page where you can read it.

To add this menu item to your website, please take the following steps:

  • Head to Menus >> hover your mouse over the designated menu >> click on Add New Menu Item.
  • click on Select and choose the History Menu item in the RSMail! area
  • name the menu item, choose a location for it inside the menu and click on Save or Save & Close.

You can also offer the email's recipient the possibility to view the message on your website directly through an URL provided by the [sitenewsletter] placeholder.
