Alphabetical Filter Module
The module provides an alphanumerical filtering for your entries (with the possibility of adding your own characters) - clicking on a letter/number will then list entries that have their title starting with that particular character.
Downloading and Installing the module
Download
The module can be downloaded by logging into our website using the account that holds the RSDirectory! subscription and heading to Downloads > RSDirectory! > Modules & Plugins and downloading the Alphabetical Filtering module archive.
Install
In order to install the module you will have to login into your admin panel and head to Extensions > Manage > Install tab > Browse for the module archive you have downloaded from our website and hit the "Upload & Install" button.
Module configuration options
Within the module configuration page are available the following options:
- Module Class Suffix: A suffix to be applied to the CSS class of the module.
- Show on Entries Page Only: by setting this to Yes, the module will only show on RSDirectory! List Entries pages.
- Display [A-Z] Range: will display the latin alphabet (A-Z).
- Show Reset Button: this will include a Reset button on the module (will only show after a filtering is being made).
- Display [0-9] Range: will display numbers from 0 to 9.
- Display [#] Group: will basically list all other entries with non-alphanumeric characters at their beginning of their title.
- Additional Letters you can add different letters (eg. Cyrillic, Greek etc), separated by comma ( , ).
