I just implemented this same functionality. I found this thread to be very useful:

www.rsjoomla.com/index.php/RSform-How-To...cted-value.html#4213

In a nutshell, in the location where you edit the items in your Select list, have the following:

emailA@domain.com|Item 1
emailB@domain.com|Item 2
emailC@domain.com|Item 3
...

The e-mail addresses will be the values of the three items in your select list. 'Item 1','Item 2', and 'Item 3' are what the...

Hi everyone,

I would like to add an email address to select menu items.

If someone choose an item in the select menu an email will be sent to a specific person when he will press OK button.

So, for each item an email address will be added.

Do you know how I can do that, and if it's possible to do?

Thanks a lot for your help,

Best regards,

Hello,

I've deleted the image you've uploaded. Don't reveal your code to anyone, remember!

The submenu texts are located in Joomla!'s database. The only 'hack' to modify them is this: locate table jos_components from your MySQL database, run this query:
SELECT * FROM `jos_components` WHERE `option`='com_rsform'
And replace the values in the admin_menu_alt column with the translations you want.

Awesome - that's certainly soon enough. Another question if I may; there doesn't seem to be an option to print-out individual tickets - am I missing something, or will this be added later. She can \"print selection\" from the print menu, I understand that -- but little icons are so much more user friendly and instantly gratifying. :-)

Hello,

Whenever you want to add a new component to your form, you will have to click on the small \"Save\" button located in the component's properties (the left menu that opens up when you select a component).

The top right save button is for the other areas.

Maybe this is a general joomla question, but I want to uninstall rstickets. How do I do that? It doesn't show in the components section so I can't select it and delete it. I tried manually removing from the joomla/components and joomla/administrator/components

but it still shows on the add menu item and components menus

We are having the same problem. We upgraded from the excellent RS-Forms basic edition to the Pro edition. But the form-editor is far less useful than the basic version!

We can't get validation to work for drop-downs, and the online user-guide does NOT have a section for drop-downs!!!

Please please, fix this asap :) Thanks!

I'm using 1.5.7 and am having the same problem. I also want to note that the rsjoomla.com site itself has that problem on ALL its pages. The page I am on right now is www.rsjoomla.com/index.php/Reply-to/RSfo...To.html?replyto=1930 !!!!

So there's probably little hope of fixing this bug unless we do it ourselves. I did purchase RsForm and don't understand why a component would mess with URL rewriting when it has no SEF extension/plugin. Seems like bad practice to me.
I changed my menu...

I had the same problem. The client went live today and cut over the real URL so I activated it, only to find it still said it was a trial version. The update gave me the same failure message regarding that xml file, and I even tried enabling remote includes and still no dice. I can't find any place to download the full version on this site, and there's no \"Files\" option on the Support menu in the component. Very frustrating.

I ended up \"de-garbling\" the source and...
