More coupon options

I would love to see more options for discounts/coupons.
- Coupon manager that lists all coupons in one place and the events they are linked to
- Ability to add a specific coupon to all products at once
- Dropdown list on event setup page with a list of the available coupons for "quick add" to the event
- Combination discounts - ability to make a coupon good only if you sign up for TWO or more specific events (for example, sign up for conference A + conference B and save 10%)
