Ability to Create "On Demand" Membership Cards

This request is to add the capability of generating an on demand ID/Membership card for the subscribing member with their information properly overlaid on a graphic background image of the card. The ability to auto generate the card and attach as a PDF to the activation e-mail would be a definite plus.
