Additional control to nest forms within the backend menu

The form tool "Add to backend menu" is a great option, but it would be nice to have additional control to nest forms within the backend menu.

Currently each form is added as a separate backend menu, this could easily bloat the backend menu. Adding the ability to Nest the forms which have been added to the backend menu, would allow users to control that potential bloat.
