Use Activation Codes to sign up for membership

Allow admins to generate random Activation Codes with a click of a button that can be used for a set or infinite number of times (and/or until a fixed date). Each Activation Code is linked to a Membership plan.

Users may register their details but instead of picking a membership plan, they just supply an Activation Code to start their membership. Renewals would require the entering of another Activation Code.

This enables companies who do not use online payments for memberships but charge for them in other (offline) ways to make use of the component.
