Save RSForm in Progress

One of my uses for RSForm is as a survey/ballot tool to gather votes for a community awards program. My (registered) users would love to be able to save a ballot in-progress and return to complete or re-submit it at their convenience, without losing the selections they've already made. Guests could still fill out a ballot, but they don't have the option to save it.
