Description field for custom fields in departments

Standard it's possible to enter the value, extra atributes and a validation message..

We're missing the Description field for the custom fields that are made in the departments section.

Translations could be done to use the same field name and than add a extra text _DESC to the translation parameter.

Would be great to see this soon!
