Customise RSMembership for integration with JomSocial & JS Profile Type

Develop Integration of RSMembership with JomSocial and JS Profile type so we can:
1. Charge subscription services in a community model
2. Customise which features are available based on membership type
I have RSMembership and am still confused as to how it enhances anything. I have Jomsocial and it's doing the job.
