List Entries - view ONLY USER'S OWN ENTRIES but not all users' entries

In built-in menu item My Entries display all entries that have been created by the logged-in user.
But in this view there is no option to choose category of entry and user see ALL his entries not divided by category and it’s very inconvenient.
Can you add in My Entries option to view by categories? Also, from my point of view, it’s more useful to use List Entries with option to view logged-in user entries.
