Category permissions for front end submissions

For Joomla articles- inside a category you can set the permissions for a user group to have create, edit, delete permissions. When that user group logs in to submit an article in the front end, they may do so, but only to the category they have permission to create in.

This would be great functionality to add to RSEvents!Pro.

We have several groups on our website that need to create events - but we don't what the admins for those groups making events for other groups.
