Manage subscriptions from the frondend

Now a user can only un-subscribe with an e-mail send to him when he subscribed in the first time. After some time, this e-mail is lost and the user cannot unsubscribe from the frondend. It would be very nice if the user can see an overview of his subscriptions and select on which he would un-subscribe.
