Resizing of Images on Form Upload to Admin Specified Thumbnail Size

Though forms can already limit the size of the files users are able to upload, multiple image uploads can still result in varying heights, widths, and aspect ratios. Multiple images of various sizes lend to a sloppy appearance when form submissions are listed in the front end. The Row Layout and Detail Layout table cells and CSS can contain the presentation problem, but not perfectly. In addition, there are the potential disk space and page rendering speed issues to consider.

Being able to resize images to admin specified dimensions upon upload would resolve all these issues...
