Here is the information they provided to me in the ticket I opened:

1. This feature is manually enabled for each form (while editing a form > Properties > Form Info > "Disable Submit Button On Submission") and yes, you'll have to remove your JavaScript trigger.

2. As long as you're using the latest RSForm!Pro version, you can have your submit button named "submit".

If you're using cache, please clear your Joomla! installation cache.

Hi forum users,

I'm hoping someone can assist - support seems unable to at this point.

1. Overview
I have created a web to lead form in Suite CRM and the form works fine when i load it or access it via email. I need to link joomla (specifically RS Forms Pro) to this web to lead form. For example: merge both together - if that is possible.

2. Issue
I can paste the Html 5 from the Suite CRM lead form into the RS forms pro 'layout' section and it displays fine when I press 'preview', but it...

Hello Frits,
I do have the same problem. Disabling Joomla cache and the form will work again.
But I like to have cache = on. Any solutions on this point?

I am using J3.5.1 and RSFormPro 1.51.14

I do have the same issue, after upgrading Joomla to 3.5.1. or upgrading RSFormPro. My solution was to not use the Joomla caching system.
When Cache is set to 'on - conservative' my form does not work. When set to 'off - caching disabled' form is working well.
Caching is set on: Global config > tab: System > Cache Settings

Is this a bug? I prefer to have caching enabled, so I will look for a new solution.

I always clean my website cache after updating.
When it doesn't work you can send a Ticket to RSJoomla! support, they probably know the reason of the problem.
Be sure that the normal Joomla! part can send a e-mail, you can test it in de Main Configuration where you configure your joomla! mailsystem.

I have the same problem, since I updated to Joomla 3.5.1, the emails to user that have registered using the form, they no longer receive the confirmation email.

at the same time, the "thank you message" sends a top line with a message "Wrong adress: {lastname: value}" which is not the adress at all.

I have updated to RS forms 1.51.13, I am not using the Cache from joomla, but nothing seems to work.

I am having 300 users being registered to an event daily and I am desperate since I upgraded 3...

Hi all, since Joomla 3.5 you can now disable the cache for specific pages inside the Joomla cache plugin.

FYI

I have just updated RSform Pro to 1.51.2 and the forms were no longer rendering on my pages.

Enabling the "System - RSForm! Pro" again, and clearing the cache seems to have fixed the problem.

Posting this just in case anyone else is wondering what's going on.

Perhaps you have a different cache enabled - provided by a third party tool. You are more then welcome to submit support ticket so we can have a closer look at this.

This issue is new for me. I've never had cache enabled on any of my Joomla sites. And this started issues on the forms with the last updates to either Joomla or RS Form. I lost the thank you page and redirect. Noticed just today that the forms refresh on submit and not working as I have them setup. I don't have cache enabled but I did clear cache on the sites and tried the forms and it's now working. Now will I have to continually have to clear cache even thou it's not enabled ?

I am working on a sitethat has2 forms made using RSForm Pro and I've been troubleshooting and trying all sorts of possible solutions, including some found on this forum, with no luck.

The forms are added using the component. I am running Joomla version 2.5.9 and RSForm Pro version 1.4.0.

When I fill out and submit a form the page just refreshes and nothing else happens, no error message or anything. I don't get an E-mail confirmation for admin or user. Event if I leave the forms empty and try...

Did you exclude rs_form component in JotCache settings to get this to work? Any other URL exclusions?

Thanks, Alex. The first article is really nice. Switching off cache completely is not really an option: sites, especially more complex pages, are just way too slow without it. Since on some sites I have a form on almost every page (newsletter!), it also doesn't help to switch off caching for only a few pages.
The best thing I found, after some testing yesterday, was to add forms as modules with conservative caching. A bit more complicated than plugins, but manageable.
