confirmation email after paypal payment processed

This functionality would be wonderful. I really need the ability to have the Admin email go out after the PayPal payment status has been updated. The people getting the emails before the status change are getting cranky having to check status to verify the payment before they update the external database.

I would also like to be able to dynamically choose the file emailed with the confirmation email. For instance, if a user inputs ABC in form, I'd like to be able to email a file called ABC.jpg.

Currently when you click continue the confirmation email is sent. I would like to see the confirmation email go out after paypal payment has been processed. Or the option to decide when the email will send.
