Add the option Ongoing AND Future events in the evenlisting.

Now we can only choose either show Ongoing OR Future events in the event listing.
That is a problem because we want to show all current and future events to our visitors. The only possibility is to show ALL events, but then the past events are also shown.

I think this is long overdue, because who wants only future events shown when there are ongoing events that happen on more than one day and those are not shown! Doesn't seem logical.
