Add Ticket group option

Please add the ability to group multiple tickets together.

By adding a ticket to a group you create a hierarchy/folder system.
When you click on the group name at the frontend, the folder/collected tickets open in a vertical list.

This makes the multiple tickets more organized and clean at the frontend.

In the backend this should be an easy drag&drop ability.
Add Group folder and drag tickets within that group/folder. Showing all the tickets within each group.
