Sending reminder email batch manually from backend

From the backend subscribers listing, and edit subscriber, please add the option to send a reminder email to subscribers.

By selecting people that have payment incomplete, I am then able to mark and batch send those people a reminder email by the push of a button

It would help tremendously!
