Module positions

Sometimes it becomes usefull to be more free in placing module positions in the templates (RSMatias!).
If I place a logo in the template, it will be at the top left of the site. Next to it is the menu. It would be very nice if you have an extra module position above or below the logo.
In that case it would be useful if you could choose (or drag) above or below the menu.

Maybe this is an odd question, but I run into this problem often ;-)
