RSTickets! Pro Import Plugin

The RSTickets!Pro Import plugin allows you to migrate the data from RSTickets! to RSTickets!Pro as accurately as possible.

The Import plugin is rather easy to use, having only one parameter to configure: Number of queries per second. Depending on your server performance, this setting can be used to speed up or slow down the import process.

When Importing from RSTickets!, this will replace your current RSTickets!Pro data. Restored data: tickets, departments, staff members, groups and custom fields.

Note:

We recommend verifying the imported data, since some differences may appear due to the additional features that RSTickets!Pro incorporates.
