Cache shouldn't be used on dynamic pages (forms are dynamic). Articles are designed as static content. Some additional explanations are provided here:

The plugin CacheControl works for me with the standard setting option=com_content - but I assume that will disable caching on almost all pages. In the comments (reviews) of the plugin I found this comment:
"... enable it and add: event=submit and it fixes a long-term Chronoforms problem I was having."

Unfortunately RSForms, when submitted, will call the same page with no parameters, so this method cannot work. If RSForms added a parameter to the form action, perhaps that could be used to disable caching just for the response pages?

Please empty the site related cache and try again. If the issue persists, please try using the RSForm!Pro System plugin instead (same syntax will be used).

PS: Disable the content plugin once you have enabled the system one.

The user emails are received but admin emails are not received. I believe all the settings are correct. Joomla cache has been cleared. Browser cache has been cleared. No error messages are displayed.

Also, no submissions are listed in the backend.

Do you have cache enabled ? If this is the case, please temporary disable and clear it and try again.

Try disabling your current cache settings (purge the cache as well) and try again.

Hi There,

I am using NoNumber Tab in an article and RSForm in one of the tab. The issue is after submit, the URL add this:

?skipcache=rsform

that makes will reset the tab cookies and show the first tab instead of going back to the active form tab to show the Thank you message.

How do I make RSForm to not insert the ?skipcache parameter in the URL after Submission?

The fact that you have published the form via the content plugin has nothing to do with the email sending capabilities. This is actually (most likely) generated by the fact that you have cache enabled for your site. It is never a good idea to cache dynamic pages.

Never mind. I think the mod_rsformlist must be excluded from cache because I beleive it is showing recent form submissions even with the Global Configuration cahce turned on. Can someone confirm this?

I would liek to turn on the Global Configuration cache but I would like the form submissions displayed in the mod_rsformlist module to show all submission immediately, instead of after the cache expires.

I have another little problems with calculations between fields.

My website is about MTB in Italy and I have a form where you can book one of these tours www.ridemontaione.com/it/tour-guidati-mt...iscrizione-tour.html

In this form, depending by the tour you select from the dropdown menu you have several options.

In particular, if you select the tour "Montaione e il suo territorio (facile)" you can see that appears some options (calendar, and so on…)....

I have tried to search through all listings here for a possiple reason with no luck.

I have no cache enabled (neither in globals nor in plugins - cache)
I have used the send button and NOT the button.

when I try the form the (Preview within the editor) it works fine.
As soon as I try it embedded with a light box pop up it stops sending (all other settings work fine.)

It seems like it is not responding normaly, like it is not checking for validations or the reset button does also not empty the fields.

Anyone any idea?
