Maybe it is just me but can't see tickets assigned to different department my superuser is linked to. I reckon a superuser must be capable of viewing any ticket for supervising puposes.

The funny thing is that sometimes I can see other tickets than my own department but most time I can't. I'm not sure what is happening.

Any help is mostly appreciated.
