Is it possible to configure this component so the web site administrator can have full access to add/edit/delete files while frontend users can only log in and view files?

Hello,

Yes this is possible. You can simply create a user group (that contains all administrators) and assign them maximum permissions for all actions that involve RSFiles! usage.
