Hi all, new to forum and Joomla in general, but hoping someone can help urgently.

Just been informed by hosts that one of our sites has been infected with iframe problem.

All sites been temporarily suspended till we can secure them. We are sure we will be installing RS Firewall as a preventative measure for any future threats (read all the good reviews), but if I install it now can it help secure the site that still has the problem. I know its like "after the horse has bolted" situation but am desperate to get a resolve and am a complete novice with this kind of stuff.

Would really appreciate some help ! Any help in simple terms please as probably not understand technical speak !

RSFirewall can help you site detect problems and provide a security check to your site. If the site is already infected it will most likely detect the threat but you will have to perform the removing part manually.
