How to disable Admin Captcha- cannot login anymore 7 months 3 weeks ago #42950

How can I disable the admin captcha via database or other method? it is not allowing me to login in anymore using the case sensitive data input!
I have tried changing the database table in the configuration from1 to 0 but this does not work.
