I can't create a super administrator or administrator anymore. Is there a setting in RSFirewall that blocks this or anything else that prevents super admins to create other admins?

No errors. I did some more test: In Joomla I can create Public Frontend users in the user manager, no problem so far. But when I change the Group to Backend (Manager, Administrator or Super,...) the account gets deleted without any warning (but it says, "succesfully save user x").
I also tried to directly insert a new user with PHPAdmin in the database. Same problem. Can't create Manager, Adminstrator of Super. Just frontend groups (like registered) no problem, but as soon if I change in the database, the account is gone (php says all is fine).

There was also an existing account "registered" and when I changed the group to "Adminstrator" -> Account vanished.

Is it possible that RSFirewall deleted these new and old accounts?

did anyone get an answer on this as I have the same problem, when i change a user from registered to administrator with in minutes its changed back. I checked the sql table and sure it changes but then after time it changes back. I also tried editing an administrators details which looked like it worked but after 30 mins it had rolled back.
My solution
The only way I could fix this was to create the user and immediately highlight the user in RSFirewall! Active Scanner under Protect the following users from any changes. This worked for me.

Under Firewall configuration and then RSFirewall! Active Scanner, at the bottom is a list of users the software is protecting from changes. That is the cause of your problem. You will have to follow the instructions on how to unprotect them, make your changes, then reprotect them.
