Simple ("Conservative") Caching of Components will be blocked/deactivated/doesn't work when Plugin "System - RSForm! Pro Delete Submissions" is enabled.

Steps to reproduce/test :
  1. Activate the Plugin
  2. Turn on Simple( so called "conservateve" ) Caching in Global Settings -> Tab "System" -> set "Cache" to "ON - Normal Caching" ( versus the next option, which is called "progressive" )
  3. Call an article in the frontend ( makes sure you're not logged in in frontend btw.! )
  4. Check the cache folder
    5. (cache/) -> there will NOT be produced a folder called com_content ( which would normally contain the produced article in cached format )

Deactivate the Plugin, check again and everything will work fine and as it should.
