hello,

i would like to create a form to auto populate fields in a form based on columns from a mysql table.

the first field would be their employee number. based on that integer entered, it will auto populate their name (read-only), email (read-only), 401k contribution amount (writable).

i see there is is the mappings feature, but it seems that this only to write the data to an external database table.

Currently there is no built-in feature to auto-populate your desired fields from the database. However, you can try implementing this similar as explained in the following article:
