I am trying to upload some images through rs media manager but its not uploading any images it just shows some loading gif and then nothing uploads or displays to publishQuote

I am working offline trying to make my first tester on joomla before I will go up on the web
Problem- When I am uploading the pictures it is not uploading the pictures in RSS Media gallery why it is happening please help me out I have checked the pictures extenions and followed the given instructions in the video tutorial.
