Ep. 45: Introducing RSMembership! - Joomla! membership extension -frontend presentation

This episode presents the most important frontend features included in RSMembership!: content restrictions, renewal memberships, extras, payment options, coupon code, terms and conditions and upgrades.

 

 

1. Categories :

  1. You can organize memberships into categories.

 

2. Content restrictions:

  1. You can impose restrictions to Joomla! sections, categories, articles and URLs. The URLs restrictions allows you to restric the access to Joomla! components.
    Using the Shared Content plugins, you can also restrict K2, ZOO and FlexiContent items, categories and applications.
    Users will be able to access the items after purchasing a membership.

 

3. Extras:

  1. Subscribers can purchase additional memberships attached to their standard subscription.

 

4. Discount coupons:

  1. If configured, subscribers can use discount coupons when purchasing membership.

 

5. Terms and conditions (optional):

  1. Each membership can have it's own terms and condition. To be able to purchase the membership, users need to accept them.

 

6. Membership renewals:

  1. Users can renew their membership at lower prices.

 

7. Payment:

  1. Customers will be able to pay with Paypal, 2Checkout, Wire Transfer and Authorize.NET.

 

8. Upgrades:

  1. Users can upgrade their memberships by paying a price difference.
