"I added a link to my message but this is not displaying properly when i send it."
This is usually caused by an outside factor, not by the RSMail! component. One of the most common issue is that the WYSIWYG editor that you are using have a incorrect path configuration. The correct setting is absolute.
If,for example, you are using TinyMCE (default Joomla editor), this can be adjusted from within the Extensions > Plugin Manager > TinyMCE area.
Another common issue is that some editors strip the domain name from links. This is fine for internal ussage, but upon sending a email, the link is no longer internal thus it requires a full path. This situation can easily be corrected by using the following example:
use: http://site.com/path
instead of: http://www.site.com/path
