- Groups are groups of permissions that you setup for your staff members. You can setup permissions so that it will reflect the activity of the designated staff member (eg. Administrator, Technical Staff, Licensing Staff). Read more about groups
- Staff members are assigned Joomla! users that work (eg. respond) with the tickets. They need to be assigned to one or more departments and must belong to one group. Read more about staff members
- Customers are people who submit tickets through the ticketing system.
