Import

The Import tab will allow you to import comments from other Joomla! commenting components. RSComments! incorporates two types of importers: plugins and advanced.

Plugins

Clicking on the Plugins link you will be able to import data using specialized component plugins.This will allow you to import from JComments and Komento with one click.

Advanced

Clicking on the Advanced link will reveal the general importer. Basically, here you are able to set what column, from what table should be imported into what field from RSComments!. Though this can be rather complicated to use (requires knowledge on how both components work - import from and to) it proves useful when importing from another component that is not in the above mentioned list.
