Can the form populate or pick a title of an article when the form is placed in an article to know which page the client filled from. To Request of a specific item. if it does how does one do it. Kindly advise

or have a field with a default value (title) to be picked automatic

Due to the fact that RSContact! does not provide any means to use PHP snippets, you could try doing it through Javascript/jQuery.

However please note that this is not a solution, but an example. For this to work, you would have to insert the title of the Article (what you wish to submit through the contact form) somewhere in the HTML body.

Use a function to retrieve that particular title (through an id, class, whatever you seem fit) and populate a custom field with the result. You can even use the Custom CSS area to hide the field so it does not show in the frontend.
