Please add an SLA setting.
Tickets should be under an SLA, and then they are out of the SLA window, then an notice (email) should be sent to a specific email ((or list of).

The lack of this feature is the sole reason I'm not buying this extension :(

Hi RSjoola
I have purchase RSticketpro, great product with multiple application possibilities. Yet without SLA notifications I am still in the dark. I want to alert staff if they did not attend or update a ticket status within a certain period (i.e.24h) and there manger if they did not attend to the ticket within (i.e. 48H) Please guys this is the essence of a ticket system, otherwise it’s a excel spreadsheet.
