Good day all,

I wonder if there is a possibility when i close a ticket, my customer receives an email.
At this moment i dont get the notify on closing.

I use the latest joomla and latest RSticket Pro
The administrator has disabled public write access.

What i do now is the following--> status update = [closed] So the customer see this status on the last update i do.
Then i use the closed option of RSTicketPro

its a bit stupid solution for now but it works. Hope they implement soon.
